Aunt Dahliandiphor's Aphids
A goofy little platformer RPG, where you swing around in a bottomless basement hole and retrieve your aunt's pet aphids that she loves dearly.
Controls:
- Movement: Arrow keys and WASD
- The up and down arrow keys can cause the page to scroll, sorry about that!
- Jump: SPACE
- Grapple: Hold Left Mouse or F
- You will always grapple to the nearest fly to your mouse cursor; and only if it's within rang as indicated by the blue crosshair
- Advance dialogue: E, Left Mouse, Space, or Enter
Made in 72 hours for Minijam: 123 "Web", with the limitation 'there is no ground.'

The limitation 'there is no ground' took us by surprise, we had a plan for something more like a twin-stick dungeon crawler; but I think this came out okay! There is still some ground, but it's separate from the gameplay. The game is simple and short, but it looks nice and has some nice character.
